GUARANTEE

The guarantee of the products sold by Stringsfield.com is provided and established under the regulations contained in current legislation, in particular, in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, article 114 and following, legal framework that is intended to facilitate consumer different options to demand sanitation when the acquired good is not in accordance with the contract, giving the option to demand the repair or replacement of the good, unless one of these is impossible or disproportionate. When the repair or replacement is not possible or disproportionate, the consumer may demand the price reduction or termination of the contract.

In case of lack of conformity of the product, a period of two years from the moment of delivery is recognized so that the buyer can enforce their rights, however, only in the 6 months following delivery will it be presumed that the lack in accordance it already existed at the time of delivery, it is up to the buyer to prove, in the remaining 18 months (that is, from the seventh to the end of the two years) that the good was non-compliant, all in accordance with article 114 and following the aforementioned Royal Legislative Decree.

Stringsfield grants an additional year of warranty in addition to the two years established by law.

Manufacturers may offer additional guarantees, the length and duration of which differ according to the products and brands. These warranties will be exclusively paid by the manufacturer who undertakes them. Under the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a good that is in accordance with the contract of sale under the terms established by it (Article 114), under which:? The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to him of any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product.

It is necessary to keep the purchase invoice as necessary proof of guarantee. In any case, the serial number of the product to be repaired must correspond to the one in the files of Stringsfield.com or the manufacturer / distributor.

The calculation of the guarantee will begin on the same day of delivery, by virtue of the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.

In case of product repairs, the customer must go exclusively to the official technical services (recognized and licensed by the manufacturers). It is recommended to go to the SATs to expedite the repair procedures.

Without prejudice to the sanitation regime described above, and even in case of full conformity of the good, the customer may withdraw his order and return it within seven business days in accordance with the provisions of article 71 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007, as indicated in the following sections.

The guarantee is only addressed to the holder (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the holder may demand it. Stringsfield.com will not be responsible for meeting third party requirements that have not directly acquired the good through Stringsfield.com and / or that are not included in the sales invoice.

Each manufacturer has its own warranty conditions (maintenance, repair, replacement, delivery times, etc.), so before buying any product you must comply with the terms established by the manufacturer. Stringsfield reserves the right to terminate the additional year of warranty we grant in cases where it is deemed that the customer has misused the product, stipulated in the following paragraph.
In order to be eligible for the warranty on international orders after 30 days from the purchase date, the customer must be responsible for the cost of one-way shipping. Stringsfield will be responsible for the return shipping costs once the product has been repaired or replaced.

Cancellation of guarantees: The incorrect use, manipulation or maintenance by the Client of a musical device or instrument, its incorrect repair, modification or extension by the Client of a product, as well as the deterioration, elimination or concealment, by the Client , of the identifying label of Stringsfield.com or of the manufacturer of all products manufactured or distributed by Stringsfield.com, will mean its loss of guarantee. No damaged material will be accepted, without packaging or with obvious signs of improper handling. Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and not in accordance with the instructions of Stringsfield.com or the manufacturer of said product are excluded from any guarantee. Products modified or repaired by the Client or any other person not authorized by Stringsfield.com as well as the products that are the subject of a specific support contract are also excluded. Stringsfield.com is not responsible for errors or breakages produced in the shipment of the product. In case of defect or breakage not assumed by
part of the department of technical attention, will proceed to the return of the product to postage due. The repair of the previous cases in which the guarantee is excluded will be billed: Repair fee: forty-five euros per hour (VAT not included).

Warranty-free are all products that are subject to the nature of their use such as ropes, barbs, patches, lamps, drumsticks, plates, accumulators / batteries, cables, bags, chests, belts, potentiometers, faders, laser diodes, controls of modulation, valves, harmonic tabs, nozzles, etc. Cases such as product deficiencies are also exempt from warranty due to errors in use or mishandling of the product or its packaging, for not following the instructions, improper use or without understanding, for lack of maintenance; due to the use of parts not belonging to the original of the manufacturer; for attempted repair by the user; products whose use has deviated from their normal use, resulting in their uselessness. Stringsfield.com will not be responsible for any damages that may result from misuse, improper handling, or malfunction derived from short circuit. The warranty will not be valid in case of factors external to the normal use of the product, such as voltage rises or drops, use of improper accessories or prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or improper or abusive handling by the customer or by third parties not authorized by manufacturers.
