When the repair or replacement is not possible or disproportionate, the consumer may demand the price reduction or termination of the contract.

Without prejudice to the sanitation regime described above, and even in case of full conformity of the good, the customer may withdraw his order and return it within seven business days in accordance with the provisions of article 71 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1 / 2007, as indicated in the following sections.
The guarantee is only addressed to the holder (contractual party) that appears on the invoice and only the holder may demand it. Stringsfield.com will not be responsible for meeting third party requirements that have not directly acquired the good through Stringsfield.com and / or that are not included in the sales invoice.
Each manufacturer has its own warranty conditions (maintenance, repair, replacement, delivery times, etc.), so before buying any product you must comply with the terms established by the manufacturer.
