FGN BIL2M BK
The Fujigen BIL2M BK electric guitar from the Iliad series, is being created based on FGN's extensive experience in manufacturing Tele-type electric guitars. Under this classical inspiration, modern features are incorporated to meet the needs of musicians of different styles.
The Fujigen BIL2M stands out for its basswood body, bolt-on maple neck with a U-profile, and classic single coil pickup configuration with 3-way switching for traditional Tele tones. All Fujigen guitars come with the Circle Fretting System (CFS), developed by FGN with the idea of offering better intonation than with the traditional fret mounting system. Through this, all the frets are installed on the fingerboard with a slight curvature, so that all the strings cross the frets forming a 90º angle. This offers minimal string-to-fret contact, and makes the scale length with each string more accurate. The CFS is a fretting solution that offers more note clarity and more articulate tones whether you're playing a chord or playing single notes. In addition, thanks to its compound radius you will enjoy a great playing comfort, making it easier to play chords in low frets while offering less stress, especially when bending in high registers.
The Japanese brand Fujigen (FGN) was founded in 1960 and is known for manufacturing guitars and basses for many of the most famous brands in history, always standing out for their excellent quality and contributing to their success. Thanks to its collaboration with the brand with the big "F", in 1983 it was recognized as the largest manufacturer in the world. Today, Fujigen is committed to offering products under its own design and experience, being one of the leading manufacturers in Japan, offering Japanese-made quality at a price for all budgets.
It is precisely the quality of its instruments that musicians have valued the most in its more than 60 years of history. Not only do they highlight Fujigen's quality, precision and reliability, but in addition to combining classic designs and innovation, they offer guitars with great attention to detail that is hard to match in their range. Unique features such as the Circle Fretting System, the Z-Axix Deep Joint and the Moonsault Heel Neck Joint, combined with their vast knowledge of woods, make FGN one of the best manufacturers in the world.
