Grain filler Sapeli Color for guitars Titan
Putty in the form of moldable paste with great filling capacity, its fiberglass content achieves excellent adhesion. Destined to fill the pore of the wood and to eliminate scratches, fissures, holes and cracks of your guitar or bass, prereparando the surface for later applications of finishing, so much poliuretano, nitro, water like gomalaca.
The product is compatible with all types of dyes to water to give the tone you want. It is developed in aqueous phase based on acrylic resins (acrylic polymers).
With great flexibility, it absorbs deformations in the wood of up to 20%, due to changes in temperature and humidity.
High adhesion, fast drying. As it is a solvent-free product, it avoids aggressive wood treatments.
It is applied with a spatula, kneading the product well before applying it, on dry and clean wood. Apply with thin layers, with maximum thickness of 5 mm, The drying time ranges between 3 and 5 hours depending on the temperature and humidity and the thickness of the applied layers. You can adjust the density to the taste with water, it is easy to apply, it does not crack and it has good sanding.
Cleaning with water, then proceed with sanding.
